WE ARE is committed to supporting and increasing the number of Black, Latinx, American Indian/Native American, Asian, Multiracial, and other historically marginalized racial populations that enter the field of education. Through a series of grants and programs, WE ARE will create affinity spaces and opportunities for educators of color to connect, affirm, and protect each other, their students, and communities.
