Educator Fellowship Opportunity

We are excited to roll out our P.E.A.C.E. Fellowship applications!  P.E.A.C.E. stands for Protecting Educator-Activists of Color through Engagement. This fellowship will support the development of a network of Pre-K-12 educator-activists of color across North Carolina seeking to provide safe, supportive, and affirming professional spaces for Black and Brown educators and to increase the educator of color pipeline.  These fellowships will include:

  • Funding to support quarterly assemblies of educators of color;

  • Monthly virtual sessions to aid project implementation.

Pre K-12 classroom/school-based educators in North Carolina public schools (with priority given to educators in Chatham, Durham, Guilford, Orange, Wake, and Wilson county public schools), are eligible to apply. Applications are due by 11:59 pm on Friday, December 6th. Apply NOW!
